Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PixlyShots. By creating an account or uploading photos to an event, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

PixlyShots lets organizers create events and collect photos from guests through a shared QR code or link. Features and limits may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

Organizers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for activity under their account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You and your guests retain ownership of the photos and messages you upload. By uploading, you grant PixlyShots a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for the relevant event. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights or privacy.
• Don't upload content depicting minors inappropriately or any sexual content involving minors.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service, or circumvent limits and moderation.
• Organizers are responsible for moderating their own events and for the conduct of their guests.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans & limits

Events are subject to upload size, photo count, and storage limits that depend on the organizer's plan, and we may adjust these limits. Some features — such as downloading the full gallery as a ZIP — require a paid Event Pass, purchased per event; current prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important photos.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixlyShots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
